This simple Old Fashioned variation is beats green beer any day. Great on its own, the rich honey and biscuit flavors of the Redbreast combine with honey syrup for a more civilized St. Paddy's Day sipper (although appropriate any time of the year)

Makes 1 drink
Rich Honey Syrup (makes enough for approximately 4 drinks)
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon boiling water
1. In a non-reactive container with a lid add honey and boiling water.
2. Shake until incorporated.
3. Let sit in the fridge until cool (about 45 minutes)
